Description
制品说明:
无机焦磷酸酶(PPase)可使无机焦磷酸水解生成正磷酸盐。该酶需要二价金属阳离子辅助,其中Mg2+活性最高。
应用:
- 体外转录高产合成RNA(1,2)
- DNA聚合反应过程中,防止焦磷酸盐的聚积(3,4)
- 通过焦磷酸盐检测的方法,去除SNP基因分型反应溶液中PPi 污染物(5)
来源:
携带有从酿酒酵母(Sacharomyces cerevisiae)克隆的ppa 基因的重组E. coli 菌株。
单位定义:
一个单位是在标准反应条件下[0.5 ml 反应体系(100 mM Tris-HCL、[pH 7.2]、2 mM MgCl2 和2 mM PPi中),于25℃反应 10 分钟],每分钟催化从无机焦磷酸盐生成1μmol 磷酸盐的酶量。
